From Ohio to California

Midwest authenticity meets C-suite expertise.

I grew up in Ohio. I built my career in California. The distance between those two places is the distance between where I started and what I had to learn to belong in rooms I was never handed an invitation to.

My path mirrors the one most ambitious professionals are walking — a small town, a bigger dream, and the slow, unglamorous work of becoming the kind of person who can hold the seat once they get it. I found mine more than once, as an executive inside billion-dollar companies, and I learned what actually separates good leaders from transformational ones.

My edge in the boardroom is not the technical expertise or the business acumen. Both are there. What's rarer is genuine care paired with the ability to prove it in how I communicate.
